A few lines about your skin and your data.
Inke is a one-person studio. We collect as little as possible, delete the rest quickly, and never sell anything to anyone. This page explains exactly what happens when you use the studio. If anything is unclear, the contact page is one click away.
What we collect.
Your email address, the text of your tattoo idea, and the photo of your skin that you upload for the try-on. That is the full list. We also log the fact that a page was viewed, nothing more.
What we don't collect.
No IP tracking, no advertising cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party analytics. We run a self-hosted Plausible instance that only counts page views in aggregate. No ad networks, anywhere, ever.
Photos.
The photo you upload is stored encrypted, only on the server running your session, and is deleted automatically two hours after the session ends. It is never used for training, never shown to another user, never reviewed by a human unless you explicitly send it to us through the contact page.
Training.
Inke was trained on public-domain flash books, Rien's own 4,000 hand-drawn flash sheets from fourteen years behind the machine, and opt-in contributions from partner artists who signed a written agreement. Your uploads are never, under any circumstances, used to improve the model.
Third parties.
We use Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payments, and a mix of OpenAI and Anthropic for AI inference. These companies process data on our behalf under standard data processing agreements. We do not sell data to anyone, and we never will.
Your rights.
Under Belgian and EU law, you can ask us to export, delete, or correct anything we hold about you. We will do it within 30 days, usually within a day or two. Send the request through the contact page.
Retention.
Photos, two hours. Email addresses, twelve months after your last session. Billing records, seven years, because Belgian tax law says so. After that, everything is wiped.
Changes.
If we change anything meaningful on this page, we will update the date at the bottom and send a note to anyone with an active account. No silent rewrites.
